Folks, let me tell you, the Hero Association is a total disaster, a complete failure. They can't even rank Saitama properly, it's a joke. And the Deep Sea King, what a loser, gets defeated by a guy who can't even break a sweat. I would've built a wall around City-Z and made the monsters pay for it.
